Christmas Sewing Projects

When Christmas time is coming then it’s time to get going on Christmas Sewing Projects. Here at Peek-a-Boo we’ve been in the habit of sewing something special for Christmas for a long time. That usually involves sewing some of our favorite Christmas-time pajama patterns that I’ll show you below. It also involves sewing other Christmas accessories.

Some of the sewing projects we’ll go through here have been staples in our house for years – I keep putting up the stockings and Christmas tree skirt that we made years ago. It’s fun to have custom-made items to get out year after year. You can also check out our Christmas Sewing Projects section but for now we’ll go over these step by step.

The Christmas Tree Skirt Pattern is another Christmas tradition in our home. It was made years ago but makes an appearance on the yearly. This tutorial comes with a free pattern to show you how to take your favorite Christmas fabrics and make a patchwork skirt.

The Fabric Gift bags are a fun way to add something custom to Christmas morning. This comes with a free pattern. You can use your favorite Christmas fabrics and re-use them Christmas after Christmas.
The DIY Felt Christmas Ornaments are an easy project that you can make with your kids to make a custom ornament for the tree. These are made with some felt, ribbon, and a few other things.
The Embroidery Hoop Ornament is our second ornament on the list and a favorite. This would make a great custom ornament to put on the Christmas tree every year.
