In step 23 you tack that extra bit down and now when you finish it up in step 24 this will be your nice inside view
 Pretty from the outside too!
You can be finished at this point or at the snap tab. I love having a snap tab on Will’s PJs (he’s 20 months) so he doesn’t strip them off in the night. For an older child I like to leave it off for easier potty breaks
 Hope you had fun sewing!!

You mention the option of a serger in this post. Is a serger necessary for the pj’s? I just bought the pattern hoping to make them on my sewing machine as I am much, much more comfortable on the sewing machine than the serger, but it looks like your edges are done on the serger? Any recommendations, or tips would be greatly appreciated. If you think the patter is much better suited for a serger, I may try and challenge myself.
Thank you!
You can use a regular sewing machine just make sure you use a stitch that allows some stretch- zig-zag, stretch stitch, etc.
Hi I purchased this pattern last yr but I am not quite sure how to prove purchase.. My email is punkin1028@aol.com
