Yesterday I whipped up a set of 6 reversible placemats
We can go all floral, all plaid or mix it up with some of each!
now we just need a table that actually seats 6 so I can get them all out 🙂
I used home decor fabric and it was the perfect weight for this project. Nice, crisp edges!
Now I’m dreaming of some new dishes to match…
Maybe this orange set from Target’s new line…

Want to make some of your own?
You’re in luck! I have a coupon just for you for 10% off the brand new line of HGTV home decor fabrics and trim!
And even better starting on 4/14 the entire line goes on sale for 50% off and you can stack that with your coupon for even more savings!
To make 6 placements you need 1 yard of fabric in 2 different prints.
1. Cut out 6 rectangles. Mine measured 14×18″. To save time I laid both fabrics down on the floor and cut through 2 layers at once.
2. With right sides together sew 2 pieces together using a 1/4″ seam allowance. Leave a 4″ gap for turning along one edge.
3. Turn right side out and press flat. Topstitch around all sides and you’re finished!
Enjoy 🙂
