I may have a hair bow addiction! And these sweet little yo-yos are just too tempting to resist!
Materials:
- Circle of Fabric
- Button, bead, etc. (optional)
- Needle and Thread
- Hair Clip
- Hot glue gun
1. Cut out a fabric circle- it doesn’t need to be perfect. For a baby bow I use a 3″ish circle.
2. Sew around your circle in a running stitch. If you want a finished edge than fold the edge over as you go. I didn’t bother since I knew I was going to put a button on top
3. Once you’ve sewn all the way around cinch the fabric up and tie off (wow- that’s out of focus- sorry!)
4. Add an embellishment to the center if you want and glue to a hair clip (sorry different bow, but you get the idea…)
I now have a dangerous addiction to these cute little clips:) I don’t think I can fit even 1 more bow on little miss’ bow board!

These are so sweet. I know what you mean…resisting the urge to make a million!
This week is my blog anniversary and I’m hosting a week’s worth of great giveaways. Feel free to stop by if you’d like!
Those are so cute! I used to know a woman who made angels out of yo yos, cute! Looking forward to seeing what you made for round one of Crafting with the Stars. I turned my project in today (biting nails) and am looking forward to seeing everyone’s knock offs 🙂 Good luck!
